"Dry Ice" is not what we would normally think of as ice. This isn't the kind of ice that you put in your drink. "Dry Ice" is a term used for frozen carbon dioxide. When it is very cold, CO2 freezes. As it warms up, it subliminates back into a gas. Does that mean it expands or contracts?
